Screen Printing
Screen Printing is the heart of our shop. We are very proud and confident in the quality of our prints. We use innovative techniques and try to control every aspect of our printing projects. Whether it be stretching our own screens to get the best tension that works for us. Applying tricks on press to get the cleanest under base that lets the rest of the inks lay perfectly on top, this gives the colors the ultimate vibrancy. We also mix our own inks using the Pantone Color System. From beginning to end, starting with art design, until the garment is ready for packaging. Our attention to detail is what sets us apart from the competition.
Heat Pressing
Whether you need names or numbers on the back of your jersey. Need a quick logo on a few garments. Maybe you have a specialty garment needs a custom logo on it, and it doesn’t make sense to screen print. Heat press might be the option for you. We cut the material in house and press it for you. We can even get screen printed transfers as well as digital transfers also, this allows us to maximize your creativity and make your dream a reality.
Embroidery
Our decision to bring Embroidery in house was one of the best moves we made as a shop. Having the control of how a job stitches and how clean the completed job looks, is a huge plus for us. Once again quality is a major focus here at So Cal Impressions. Our embroidery departments attention to detail sets us up for success. Upon receiving the digitized file, and test runs have been completed and approved, we can run jobs efficiently and make sure the garments are cleaned and ready for receiving. Customers are stoked and ready to rep there brand, whether it be on a crisp new hat, or maybe a fresh company polo.
Designing
Know what you want, but don’t know quite what you want? We have a in house design team that can help you with your company identity. Give us an idea of what your going for and we will create it for you. A color scheme, style of font, or cool graphic. We send multiple proofs and communicate with you to make sure we’re all on the same page. We will help you paint the picture you want to create!
